I guess most people in the heat of the moment will either walk away from the situation, or get frustrated and do nothing to resolve the issue, or worse, get into a fight or an argument. The best thing to do may be to confront the racist person head on and try to talk some sense into them. Having lived in both countries I can fairly say that the anglo aussies are much more racist than the anglo british.
The anglo british are more educated and civilised people and they embrace migrants more openly and do not call them wogs etc.

If they go and get a job most of their money is spent on booze. They contribute very little to society. They form gangs, commit crimes and have little respect for our country's values. Don't be fooled, my Dad is a Muslim he has never killed or harmed anyone. Muslims in Australia are pretty peaceful people. As for the Quran, Christians are said to be closest in love to Muslims and it says good Christians and Jews go to heaven. All of the fighting in the Quran is based on times of attack and aggression/war, not out of nowhere or for fun.
