  • right knee valgus, could be fatigue or tight adductor complex. You should SMR that bro

  • Watch your back at all times - there's no point practicing having your back straight if you move the weights using a bent back!

  • he kwl, and dont worry about it mate, the technique will come and you WILL get used to the movement, it looks really difficult, but if ya wd like, i can help out your technique

    good stuff

  • The weight is light enough that it looks like you're manhandling it a bit, swinging it into place. Try to extend completely and then drop under. Catch as high as you need to and let the squat take you down, so that you build up confidence in the bottom position. When the weight gets heavier, you'll naturally have to catch lower. If you want to catch low with a light weight, try to take power out of your pull, not extension.

  • As far as form, a good reference would be madaozeki's video (fgalnTtmJ4s) that I saw linked in your sidebar. Watch how the bar ends up brushing his hips as he completes the pull. Feel for that when you're pulling.

  • ah. so it looks like i just need to start upping the weight and getting bigger balls :) ill be videotaping more of my pulls to see how they look
