wow,i want to have hand like her. i try to do it since i was 7,but now i still could never do that,i am a person who love to learn khmer dance.exspecailly,i wanted to be a dance,but my parents couldn't let me to go to those school in Phnom Penh. so if there are any ways to learn how to strage hand like that?

i guess the only way to be as flexible as her is to be trained for many years or have double jointed fingers. if you have double jointed fingers, you can easily do khmer classical dance without much strenuous hand work.

@raksmeyonskype My teacher tells us to bend our hands back. I put my thumb above my knuckle and have my other fingers behind my hands and then put pressure to bend it back. We do that three times a day for 30 seconds to 1 minute each time. I hope this helps you. :)
