i have drop my nikon coolpix l21 and now it does not open sutter and not powe on please tell me how can resolve my problem

also change the exposure level and white balance, u can do it manually

I bought this camera and the flash doesnt work all the time and when it does work the pictures are too bright.

@Echofromsomewere1 you probably have the flash to the automatic mode which means that it flashes only when your camera's senson thinks it's neccesary... change it to "no flash" or to "flash" and you're done...
