You said in another video that you had a light over your head in this particular video (or one of the 7 part videos abouth chakras meditation), but I don't see any light, how can I see it? is it visible on video? and do you have to have a surtain vib. frequency to see something like this? Thank you :)
@MRbombonel In this Chakra video my Crown Chakra opens and showers me with blissful energy. It is an inner experience that does not appear in any special way on video.
In my video PURE ENERGY IS WHAT YOU ARE the video camera shows a flowing tube of white light coming out of my crown chakra. It stays on camera for a few minutes while I speak. This light can be seen by anyone watching my video. Blessings and Love.
Many of my videos have guided meditations. This is one such video. It can be listened to with or without meditation, however meditation is best.
A teacher once told me that meditation must be practice 24 hours each day for it to be effective. A 20-minute daily practice of being in awareness is not enough for spiritual transformation.
@MaffyMoose Your 30-minute daily practice is great support for spiritual transformation. Keep that going. And even expand the time as you feel guided from within.
What I mean is that for a person to experience the deepest spiritual growth, we must live our lives in meditative awareness. So much learning happens in this world as we interact with others and learn how we are creating our perception of people and situations and ourself.
Ok thank you! that answers my question. I do like to aim for more time each day, sometimes im able too sometimes not, but i always aim for 30 mins each day. Is it important to meditate around the same time of day each day?
Like i will sometimes meditate the minute i open my eyes in the morning. i won;t gte out of bed and just sit up against my wall and meditate then b4 brkfast. Sometimes I don;t and wait until i return from work..does this matter?
@MaffyMoose Meditate when you feel guided. As you connect more with the Higher Self you will feel the pull to meditate. People are different. Some people work best with a strict daily schedule. Others have the discipline to sit daily, but at random times. Examine yourself and see what works best for you. Namaste.

As a student of philosophy, I am struck by your very first statement, in regard to words.
Your discussion of the root chakra is by far the best that I have ever heard. Thank you!

@ChannelHigherSelf Hi ! Can I ask something..
"A 20-minute daily practice of being in awareness is not enough for spiritual transformation."
Can you elaborate on what you mean here? I am setting aside at least 30 mins a day of "quiet time" Is this not enough? Does it really matter?
Or are you referring to, living the entire experience of calm, patience and positive feelings towards all that my "world" is showing me at all times?
