Who's is that singing? It sounds alittle like Brina Palencia but, I'm not sure if it's her or not!? I do know that the show was licensed FUNimation, so it could be her. Now that I think about alittle bit I think Brina Palencia would be a good choice for Panty. I also think that Chris Sabat as Garterbelt, Cherami Leigh as Stocking, and Todd Haberkorn as Geek Boy would also be good choices, but that's just my opinion.
