The problem with Child Support is that there is no way of monitoring it....If the courts incorporate some type of means such as a Child support debit card where each child expense is paid using this card - there would be no way of taking cash out of the card or else this method would be pointless. This would keep everyone level headed since there would be no way of cheating the non custodial parents out of money that goes to the mothers instead of the children themselves.
She need to have a script prepped she can read from. Or at least have ur thoughts together so they can come out with fluidity. Alot of men make the mistake of not documenting their payments with the child support collection agency!!! Then women just say they have not paid when they have! That is pretty dirty-this is why it is important when men give their "baby mama's" money, they should make sure they report it and get it documented with family court, rather than avoiding family court. It doesnt matter what you pay for or how much money you give the woman out of pocket for the kids, the only thing that counts to the state is child support. Anything else is just seen as a "gift" to the children.

Alot of men make the mistake of not documenting their payments with the child support collection agency!!! Then women just say they have not paid when they have! That is pretty dirty-this is why it is important when men give their "baby mama's" money, they should make sure they report it and get it documented with family court, rather than avoiding family court. The fucked up thing is that in most states, well TX at least, child support has to be paid to the state. It doesnt matter what you pay for or how much money you give the woman out of pocket for the kids, the only thing that counts to the state is child support. Anything else is just seen as a "gift" to the children.
It looks like I feel him cuz I've had family go to prison for falling behind on their child support(felony). A battle I might have to go through soon with the way my old lady actin.

all TIP has to do, if he has provided receipts, is suggest the family court is being inferior twards him and his position,and challenge the court by asking that proper jurisdiction is establish befor any further proceedings take place. and how you do this is DAMAND THE DELEGATIONS OF AUTHORITY to be placed in the Record in written form, and on the Record as EVIDENCE. this means this court valitiy is being questioned. meaning he feels the court are either 1) practicing law over the bench
