Well, all I can say is that after 52 years of listening to Louis, he still brings a smile to my face, a thrill to my heart and a whole new listening experience every time. I saw him twice, when 59 and 61 - in Toronto's venerated Massey Hall. Talk about bringing the house down. He did not need the centre-stage microphone. Indeed, it was a good thing he backed away from it at least 10 feet. I have NEVER heard a horn fill a hall like his, including all musical styles.
You can get a high quality audio recording of this song from iTunes. Album name Louis Armstrong in Scandinavia. Dinah is available as well which is one of my favorite Armstrong songs.
Charles S. Johnson (trumpet) Lionel Guimaraes (trombone) Peter DuCongé, Harry Tyree, Fletcher Allen (reeds) Justo Barreto (piano) German Araco (bass) Oliver Tines (drums).
Louis is best.

I wish I could have been there, just for one night, just to see him preform live. What an experience that would have been.
