Look up Dazzle set up on youtube. It will tell you everything you need to capture your tv.

if you want to record i nHD get an HD pvr they are a bit pricey though and from experience i hate the dazzle you cant edit with the shity quality it gives

I was thinking of getting one but just to record my PS3 it wasnt worth it but there a HD capture card for 135 US Dollas convert that into pounds not bad

well i record tv shows with it more than i record my ps3 xD its reallllyy good x.XXX but dazzle is fine for simple editng tages

Ulead is some software that you can download thats very good for recording your stuff
