I have 2 ways of proving this isn't a bot.

First is the very start. The fact that he holds the first note before it's played and several times throughout the song proves that it can't be a bot.

Secondly, all bots whammy every long note. FACT. He's recording straight of his TV, which is why you can't hear the strums. And if you're wondering, most times when you record a game like this on TV, it'll leave black edges. So all I have to say is this, you suck "solereaper".
