  • Hi Troy, your physical reaction to your mental stress sounds serious. I hope that things have improved for you this week.

I tend to internalize most things, especially difficult or distasteful occurrences. Clamming up is probably not the healthiest route to take, yet it is what I do. As a counterbalance, I will usually focus on a task or project. Immersing myself in pursuit of an accomplishment helps me to move on. Be well. Ray

  • Troy, seems to me like your past (life) selves are speaking out beginning at 3:21 (punched here and there, pooped on, etc). Seems that as older souls we re-live ALL of our pain experienced throughout the physical plane journey. Just an observation.

What grounds me best through a difficult experience? Communication with others. Knowing that I'm not alone in this and there is unconditional love. :)

  • @jannokas85 That's a very interesting view point, especially for 6th Level to consider!

  • what's the 6th level mostly about? the M's said to me that 5th level is about integration of past lives

  • @jannokas85, I've never heard of 5th Level being about that. 6th Level is usually the emphasis for that. 5th Level is all about pushing the boundaries of the current Soul Age and even getting into some sticky situations because of that, but 6th Level is all about going back over your history and integrating, balancing Karma, cleaning up the messes, and resolving internal conflicts (self-karma).

  • Oh...right, I meant that the M's said to me (through Terri) that being at the 5th Old level my Essence is working on integrating past lives -- integrating mind, body and spirit, so to speak. I do understand that different channels have different 'takes.' :)

  • @jannokas85, yeah, some of the channels like to add their twist to the teachings, instead of just letting Michael do the teaching. It adds a lot of complication to the consistency, and a lot of confusion to the study. That being said, the Soul Ages are a map to describe the path, but there aren't any rules to the steps taken along the way!

  • Yes, of course you're right, Troy, but I'm not necessarily left. LOL.

I'm looking forward to reading your book! ;)

I had the same experience with my past selves. I was upset about something and suddenly started "acting out" and only a few moments later I realized that wasn't entirely *me* there talking -- those were my past selves "sticking out" and waiting to be integrated.

  • It's good to see you again :) Im really behind in watching videos. Sorry you had a bad weekend :( You look great for all the things that happened to you ;) Resiliency is key.

  • @silverscreamgrl, thanks! We just gotta keep on truckin'!

  • Wow, sounds really screwed up, my question is: was all of this pain a direct result of another person? Can you simply walk away from them, never to look back or are you somehow bound together through an unchangeable situation?

When I have experienced great pain and sorrow the only thing that can really help is. . . . . . .time. -Steve-

  • @OceanTownPictures, it's complicated, because it involves a "best friend" and his choices, which he feels are perfectly legitimate and separate from their effect on my life, but I feel he hasn't grasped the true dynamic of intimacy and friendship, if he feels that way. I think I'll make a vlog about the gist of what happened, and see what others think.

  • This is a great video. And I have to say that I have the tools but like you said, when it happens to you those tools are just out of reach. I wish I had spoken to you years ago when I was suffering. Because of my lack of anchor I actually became physically ill and still suffer today from it. "This is not the whole truth" would have been a great mantra at the time for me. I hope that whatever the problem was, that it is history now and you have sunshine.~hugs~

  • @combustication07, I replied to this before, but now don't see it! I'm just glad you found whatever it was that got you through. Don't ever dismiss the strength you found in your own way. I'm glad you made it! ~hugs~

  • First I would like to say "good work" one day late is still pretty close.

Second, no matter how freaked out I am....and you know I can be crazy, somewhere deep down I always just know I will be ok. It is like some little voice that comforts me. I may know that the road ahead will suck, but I will still be ok and it will be over.

Third.....there is just no reason for poop talk!!

  • @CyprusNYC, hang in there! *fart*

  • @observationmode, YEAH!!! I did!! I was very surprised. I will call you back, too!

  • sometimes when things aren't going so well i call people on the phone. did you get my message?
