Every time I see this I cry! Think about how strong they are! I can't imagine having to go through that. I had to just get my apendix removed and I thought it was the worst thing ever! I thank Sainy Jude for saving my life when I was born. I had a golf size tumor in my liver they found a few months after I was born. They took it out and watched me yearly till I was 10 to make sure it wasnt coming back anywhere in my body. They got it in time. As the Tupelo MS Hospital was stupid cause they didnt think it was serious so my parents took me to Saint Jude and yup It was Cancer. I might have a HUGE scar but my life was saved.
It's well know that in Florida all Black children will get treated, and if any blacks see a white child getting treated they get angry and automatically assume it a racial thing. So White don't get treated. Because I have seen this report I will never in my life time donate to this hospital.

one of my great friends daniel biljanoski was at st. judes for a brain tumor and we were one of the lucky ones. he was 12 years old at the time of the diagnosis and we got him back a year later and he was cancer free

No child is ever asked to pay & whatever insurance can't pay, St. Jude will meet their needs through the donations we help to raise. the mcdonald's & target house provide housing to the families who come from all over the country for free & also provide them with pay if they have to leave their jobs to stay with their children. so if by "them" you mean sick children & their families, you're right :-)

I tend to disagree. I personally conduct biomedical research and I can assure you the animals are not tortured and are not killed out of hate. There is a lot of information that can be obtained from modeling cancer in animals that just can not be obtained from a test tube.
These children are so inspirational and brave. The last child is living proof of Jesus. Just look in his eyes when he smiles...it's all I see. It just reminds me that God bigger than everything.
Sorry, I really feel for those children, but St. Jude tests on animals, and I cannot support any hospital that tortures, maims, and kills animals to find cures for humans, especially since there are more effective methods of testing that do not use animals.

R.I.P. Ali. Hers made me cry. My boyfriend had cancer and he is much older than her. I know how much of a struggle is. Thankfully he survived. Sadly Ali didnt. We knew the little boy named Hayden and his mom Christy(Hayden was the one who wanted to dye his hair blue), they stayed next door to us at the Ronald McDonald House during the first part of my sons treatment. He was a strong little boy, Hayden was, but sadly, he didnt make it. ATRT took his life. Christy was a friend and we shared alot together. Thanks for the video, they live so far away from us and it was good to see Hayden.

I was visiting someone in a St Jude's cause my friend used to work their and we walked past a room i looked inside and a little girl with the sweetest face with sad eyes was lying in bed and I heard her say "Mommy can I go home I wanna go home"

I tend to disagree. I personally conduct biomedical research and I can assure you the animals are not tortured and are not killed out of hate. There is a lot of information that can be obtained from modeling cancer in animals that just can not be obtained from a test tube.
These children are so inspirational and brave. The last child is living proof of Jesus. Just look in his eyes when he smiles...it's all I see. It just reminds me that God bigger than everything.

Sorry, I really feel for those children, but St. Jude tests on animals, and I cannot support any hospital that tortures, maims, and kills animals to find cures for humans, especially since there are more effective methods of testing that do not use animals.

it does, but St. Jude also works miracles every single day. My best friend's mother is a nurse there and I have visited the hospital a few times. It's amazing how many they are able to cure, and what an uplifting, supportive place it is.

R.I.P. Ali. Hers made me cry. My boyfriend had cancer and he is much older than her. I know how much of a struggle is. Thankfully he survived. Sadly Ali didnt. St. Jude's is the most incredible hospital I know. I'm not saying this cause I'm affliated with them I'm saying this cause thousands of children go through these things everyday. Give even a dollar towards St. Jude's its worth it. If it breaks your heart the same way it did mine please give to it. Give and you shall recieve

We knew the little boy named Hayden and his mom Christy(Hayden was the one who wanted to dye his hair blue), they stayed next door to us at the Ronald McDonald House during the first part of my sons treatment. He was a strong little boy, Hayden was, but sadly, he didnt make it. ATRT took his life. Christy was a friend and we shared alot together. Thanks for the video, they live so far away from us and it was good to see Hayden.
