@kellydanig hi :P , iv been using protein for about 6 months now , and i dont know if it´s the protein or not but iv gained alot in strenght and muscle , anyways .. i´m now going to stop with the protein because im getting acne , it´s just a few pimples but before i didn´t have any at all , it´s diffrent from people to people , i got a little bit acne while my friends didn´t :)

For instance whey protein is made up of the same stuff as milk, and milk causes acne in individuals, so maybe i can find a 100% pure whey isolate that is lactose free and wont cause much or any acne! Because I wanna get bigger, but at the same time I want to keep my skin from breaking out.
