You will have really good pushing strength, but it will destroy your posture; which could make not being able to do pullups, a real possibility. Doing one side of your body is dumb really, unless that side is much weaker than the other; but even still, you should never completely stop training one side.

Sorry, last one. Walking Lunges: Exactly what it sounds like EXCEPT you do NOT stand up between lunges. Standing removes alot of the weight from your hamstrings to your quads. As the hamstrings are overlooked too much in most leg workouts, its a good idea to isolate them now and again. Walking like this slowly will be more difficult as you'll be relying on 1 leg for longer periods of time. Also, keep your steps low and even without allowing you knees to touch the floor. Hope this all helps.
Pistols are great but it poses the same problem as lifting on one of those bosu balls. The lack of stability decreases the amount of wieght and/or the amount of explosive power you can generate in any single rep. You can do Skiers which involves jumping diagonally forward off of one standing leg. If your standing on your left leg, jump diagonally forward right and vice versa. Jumping left off your left leg or right of your right leg also works. You'll be using slightly different muscle fibers
Other great leg stuff: No Name for this but, with both knees on the ground and your toes pointing behind you, sit back on your heels and then jump bringin your knees up and forward as explosively as possible into a crouched position with your feet flat on the ground, then do a Full Sqat jump. Also, Jumping Lunges: Lunge and then explosively propel your whole body up off the ground as high as possible bringing your back leg up to your chest. Land with this foot now forward and you've alternated.
I like this video, I was only familiar with two of the leg workouts you showed. So thanks for the new idea, I am sticking to calestetics. Better results.
Yeah Calisthenics have much better results then weights. As this video shows you can do everything with your own body weight upper and lower body. Jstarzz
yeah balance is critical. for progression you can try doing pistols onto a box (as in a regular box squat) or steps of varying height, or use a door frame.
Some more, for SUPER BURNOUT, try skipping rope, fast, leg switching, doubles, doesn't cost much, but really fun and good for calves :-) So just my 5 cents :-)
That's nice, but jump squats somewhat not as effective as possible, try doing them as high as possible, and as fast as possible and bring knees to the chest, and try lunges with backpack, it might take around 20 for each leg, but hey, buttocks will burn :-) the weightless one leg strair jumping down looked somewhat inefficient, more harmful. While doing pistols, try to hold your toes with hand, and addition to explosive leg strenght is pistol jumps, start low, move up to sitting bench height :-)
