My fiance has Mars with Venus in the 7-th house in the sign of Aries and although I know that he is faithful to me, still thoughts of him cheating come to my head and he struggles from it. So you're right at this point!
@GetShimmered hope you listened to the whole video, unless there is a benific aspect on the 7th house, things are bound to happen, so you much check that, also your age and dasha, cheating happens in a certain dasha and time period.
