I was just saying that she's a really talented musician and has worked really hard at her craft. Whatever she's done, it's worked. I wasn't trying to imply that Drum Corps didn't matter. I sometimes forget that there is no inflection over the internet. And, I didn't even know who Adam Rapa was until this post, but I checked him out and he's really great. Thanks for the new name :-)

My fave trumpeters that I've come to hear about recently: Ingrid Jensen, Tine "Thing" Helseth, and Alison Balsom. All 3 extraordinarily talented, all three very kissable, and all three have those thin pretty lips that I love on a woman.

You can take lessons with Rapa for $200 you get four 1 hour lessons with him and the first one is an hour and a half. Its online though through skype. At any rate Adam Rapa rules and our trumpet studio at Mansfield University had a session with Ingrid Jenson once She is amazing and great with improv. Great sound on both players.

Incredable! I am a jazz trumpet player also but I think that I should just throw my horn into the river and give up after hearing her. She is definately GOD BLESSED with exceptional talent..............

I LOVE her sound, and that says a lot considering I'm a tenor player! She reminds me a lot of Clifford Brown and Woody Shaw, two of my favorite trumpet players.
