  • @faro0485 Jazak Allahu khair

  • hey I think i have the same rack thing.

are you trying to get on oprah or something...oh wait

  • Are u also ID siraatalmustaqeem? dunno if i spell that rite? Anyway since I got here I am curious to know. Do westerners eat as much red meat when they revert to Islam. Well I think generally westerners eat lots of meat while Islamic nations today eat lesser meat. Well maybe coz Western Developed Nations are wealthier but it could be for other reasons for instance Hamzah Yusuf said red meat hardens the heart maybe he changed his diet when he reverted do u eat lesser red meat since u reverted?

  • @MujahidGodstruth Yes this is my second channel. the other one has become more structured, this one is more free form.

As for red meat, depends on the individual, I generally don't eat a lot of red meat anyway. Always preferred chicken and fish.

Western Developed Nations have a history of taking advantage of other countries that is one reason we are so rich. Underhanded business practices all in the name of Greed/Capitalism

  • @tspmuslim wow! coming from a westerner. Really? :-D anyway I thought it has to do with the cooler weather like u can do much productive activities, wherelse in a hotter climate u get burnt out faster. But then on the contrary earlier civilisation started in warmer climate :-O. Well sometimes we gotta give some credit to the great white hunters and explorers, what they did could be morally incorrect but their passion and efforts are examplary. Are u a Shia or Suni Muslim by the way?

  • @MujahidGodstruth I believe in Allah and his messenger and do not associate with the labels.

I follow Quran and the Sunnah of the Prophet and I always seek knowledge and do not follow others.

So I would like to say I am a Muslim and I pray I die as one. :)

  • @tspmuslim I asked for a reason but not to offend anyone here :-D just sharing what I know with good intent. Suni = 4 recognized sects by Ulama' consensus, if u research the 4 Mazhab ahli sunnah waljamaa'ah (Suni) u'll learn that they wholey embrace Quran and Sunnah. The origin of alien sects (other than the 4 mazhab) Shia or as such I believe is something fabricated by anti-Islam who came out with a more intelligent indirect corruption. Refer to converted2islam channel on this subject.

  • @tspmuslim I may not agree totally with converted2islam in some ways (such as his narration of Sufis) but I generally agree with his lecture on Shia. Sometimes I don't mean to bugg reverts but whenever we type some topic in English in youtube u ppl will appear and then our account will prompt recommended videos. Anyway the reason i asked u coz ur practicing and learning I noticed that some reverts in North America turned to Shia. As Muslims we are encouraged to think but we ....

  • @tspmuslim ....but we are also encouraged to learn from genuine teachers. There is a Hadith in my own words "...a person who learns without a teacher then Shyaitan will be his teacher" Meaning surely we should think for ourselves however we need a guide, teacher(s) to check and balance if not Shytan will fill that gap. No offense to anyone not trying to instigate quarrel between Suni and Shia, but say if ur informed bout suni n shia maybe u could advise western reverts. Salaam Peace!

  • @MujahidGodstruth Oh I agree, we need to seek people of knowledge and I don't include the Madhhabs in the "Sect Conversation" unless one is blindly following one while rejecting all the others. that is not how a Muslim is supposed to be.

Actually I am quite well informed on the subject, Jazak allahu khair for the concern. It is as you said. I don't see the benefit in creating more fitnah, there are enough people battling these issues, not alwys the best way, but they are trying to address them.

  • @tspmuslim fiuh! thats a relief, frankly I think Iran has lots of potential as an Islamic nation, well they were one of the great ancient civilisation... but oh dear! Anyway thanks for understanding, may u have a fruitful Ramadhan. Salaam.

  • @MujahidGodstruth wa alaikum salaam, Ramadan Mubarak

  • Looking at ur title "Ummar Al Khattab" gosh u kinda have a bit of his attitude. I am sure UAK did a good job as a ruler, a strong, pious and just man and a sahabat however dunno if he did a good job at Da'wah with his...:-D lol!

  • @MujahidGodstruth Well depends on the way. Dawah is not about being all smiles and chuckles. Some approaches appeal more to others. I'm trying to figure out my way :)

I just have a serious look but I do have fun...

  • That story of 'Umar ibn al-Khattâb... do you know if it is authentic?

  • @easyonetwothree ...yes it is true

  • @IslamicBulletin You can't just say "yes it's true" because you like it and it sounds good. You have to prove that its chain is authentic and then use it for da'wah.

  • @easyonetwothree ... I have listened to the above Story from real authentic scholars too, actually a Sahabi (ra) came to Umar (R.A) home, and when this Sahabi (ra) heard that the loud noise of Umar's (RA) wife he turned back, and suddenly Umar came out of his house and when he saw this sahabi , he called him and asked him about the matters...and then the above discussion happened

  • @easyonetwothree I'm looking into it. It is not easy always easy to find the Isnad in English. Why don't they translate them? Allahu'Alim

  • @IRISHINFIDEL I have a simple rule, grow up and don't insult, repost with out the Allah comment, are you capable of growing up, just a little?

  • this is the dawah you try to preach to others, why don't you tell the truth and mention that sura 4:34 commands that women should be beaten if they disobey their male masters, sura 2:223 women can be raped by their husbands(there is no such thing as marital rape under sharia),suras 4:3,23:6,24:31,70:30 all mention female captive sex slaves that the right hand possess, have you not even read your quran?i doubt very much you do these things,i don't think you are a true muslim, luckily for you

  • And if they want to learn something, let them ask their own husbands at home; for it is shameful for women to speak in church.

  • Jazak Allah khair bro

  • @Clash0fSwords wa iyakum

  • Jazak Allahu Khayran .

Umar Ibn Al-Khattab was one of a kind man . everyone from the sahaba had his character but all were in the same track , Umar Radyallahu'anh used to be as we call them now "a gangsta" or something like that, before his accepting Islam & his nature didn't change except that it directed for seeking Allah's reda/satisfaction.No arrogance, no armies, no guards follow him whenever he goes, but there were a lot of people didn't know that he ws Amir Al Mu'mnin -the absolute ruler.

  • @saudiflag3000 May Allah give you strength with your transition. Sharing your life is not easy, we tend to be selfish and create unwanted conflict.

  • Your wife is cool Gary :) lol Masha Allah

We learn so many things from such short narration may Allah be pleased with them all . Omar is a great example that shows how Islam can soften hearts that used to be harder than rocks Alhamduli Allah. Thanks for sharing this great reminder Jazak Allah Khair :)
