this is very helpful except that it goes too fast. im just a beginnner and have really no idea what you are doing with the chicken becasue the video is way to fast

I know what you mean, just watch the video over and over and you will get the idea, I buy my chicken from Bjs and always come in 2 for $7, practice bro, you will get the feel....boneless chicken is the best cooked in the oven.
