@yonatabyoni no i think im doing it wrong or im taking it too seriously every couple of months i do it for couple of days and then i become anxiuos as im meditating so i just get scared and i stop .

if you can, simply be with the thought, don't try to change it, just observe it without trying to change it - this should lead to stopping identifying with the thought, leaving one free to bring attention back to the breath - or to whatever one is focussing on. Meditation is very often characterised by struggling with oneself - if it helps, what I do is simply to remind myself that all I have to do is to return my attention to the breath, and not worry about thoughts, & all will come eventually

Look up his modestly named, Rajneespuram where he owned 93 Rolls Royces'. Armed guards, rooms bugged and general paranoia, not to mention attempts to poison the local town and his addiction to nitrous oxide and valium. He tried to flee with cases bulging with jewels and money. Wiki quote, "Osho later pleaded guilty to immigration fraud, including making false statements on his initial visa application". A scoundrel, not a teacher of anything of merit.

He believed both in material and spiritual.And that is one of his very important ideas.That people must be rich and spiritual at the same time.

Yes he certainly believed in the material, and he believed it should be shared, but his way, that is what is yours and mine should be shared with him. The people he believed should be rich were him, naturally, his chosen few fanatically dedicated followers, his guards and lovers... oh yes and Rolls Royce Motors.

That is presumptious, I have not said how someone should express their spirituality, I just know owning 93 Rolls Royces, a penchant for diamond encrusted Rolex watches, a taste for nitrous oxide and a need for armed guards, just doesn't cut it for me. All the best (now that;s a wish ol Osho would have appreciated)

Chaitanya Bharthi is true to the teachings of Osho a very good meditation teacher. I met him two years ago and I was struck by his presence.

He had some very intelligent insights. Despite the Rolls Royces and tax evasion he has helped many people and greatly perpetuated certain concepts into the western world as well as the eastern world. What's wrong with free sex btw? Hedonism is really not something proposed by him but more "the hippies" it was only causal to have happened in that and this time segment.
