I love Auburn because it's one of the most friendly college towns/campuses you will go. I was a Bama fan before going to Auburn, and I could tell how kind people are when you're walking around campus. It has a very southern hometown feel. They have a very good engineering, math and science, and agricultural department.

My school has been doing this since 1968, because the head varsity football coach at the time tried to boost the spirits of the students after having a bad start to the season and he yelled out War Eagle(from a school he used to go to), and all the students yelled back "Tear 'Em Up Westwood!" and since then every sports team yells "WAR EAGLE! TEAR 'EM UP WESTWOOD!!!" 3 times before each game while jumping up and down...and that saying is on every year's yearbook cover and the student handbook.
We may not have been AWARDED national championships like the the tide, but we've only had about 3 less undefeated seasons....I'd say that, plus this tradition, trumps any AWARD you can be given.

I think this is enough!

We may not have been AWARDED national championships like the the tide, but we've only had about 3 less undefeated seasons....I'd say that, plus this tradition, trumps any AWARD you can be given.

@opperry95 Because the Aerospace engineering is in top10 in the country, the Vet school is in top 5 in North America, the pharmacy school is in top 15 in the country, the largest and most modern MRI - research and medical center is being build as of right now at Auburn, because the largest department of informational technologies is at Auburn, because the Library of AU is the third largest/number of articles and copies after the Congressional and Harvard's... I think this is enough!
