  • @kookoon just curious what your mom said after you reported it

  • @kookoon Why?

  • @kookoon yah report that guy, so cruel. - ure an idiot

  • @kennethegarret when you do it this way the meat peels right off the bone which means boneless fish

  • @denmarcbros actually you don't lose any meat when you do it this way

  • you fuckin retard

  • That was a tiny fish you fucking butcher halfwit.

  • @jasonwalkabout Its a fucking perch retard. Most of them are this size

  • this is really awsome looking foreward to using it on my next fishing trip!

  • Unfortunately you have lost all of the belly meat! Check out my video!

  • can u do it with other fish

  • cool way to clean it but what about the bones?

  • Never seen that procedure, my family likes boneless fillets but I don't mind picking meat off the bone so next time I catch some blue gills for my lunch when the family is out I am gonna try this. I would not see why it wouldn't work.

  • Very smart way to fillet!! TY

  • ok..you got me... never seen that before

  • can you do this to other kinds of fish?

  • Great video and song.

  • Great video! Im going to try that technique this winter....Thanks for posting!

  • i'll stick to my Electric knife

  • THAT WAS VERY AWESOME

  • great technique thanks

  • First time I've seen this method. I use the electric knife method used by Lake Erie walleye guides. This method also gets the bones out.

Been trying to teach those Sicilians on the St. Lawrence Thousand Islands but they don't listen to well to Athenians.

  • poor fish

  • Thats awesome....

  • in turkey we call this:

pulling out of clothes. in original: "tulumundan cikartma".

this is one of the first things a fisherman has to learn.

  • Catch and release my ass, let me guess you released all those whitefish after those pretty pictures?

  • Over 30 years fishing and never seen anything like this. PRICELESS!!

  • that actually was really impressive1

  • He could have done it in ten with ten fingers but at the end only five left!!

  • like my fish with out bones and you can will get fast i can clean a perch in 1 minute flat boned/skinned and then when u fry it up it takes 1 second to eat not 10 lol

  • at 1:04 he says that the perch is ready to eat, yet he fails to mention the rib cage that is still inside....

  • Interesting choice of soundtrack... but the way he skinned that perch left me mind freaked!

  • if he wanted he could of done it in 10 seconds but he was doing it slow to show us

  • coldplay and fishing.........i dunno... still sweet fish

  • WOW.. No way! Never heard an ice fisherman so excited over filleting a 10 oz perch.

  • More like 60 seconds

  • incredible in my ass

  • Seriously

The perch is in pain and suffering

  • @gajdzikovci its dead

  • This is so pro

  • i love how it says remember to practice catch and release yet they have a ton of pictures of big fish they killed...

  • @fafehga Yup! It's "catch and release"...them into your frying pan. Yummy!

  • it is 6 am i just woke up and the very first thing i thought of was ice fishing and we don't even have any snow yet

  • Awesome

  • Wow. Very little waste, very easy and fast. Thanks!

  • Sucks to be that fish, getting de-boned while still alive.

  • a little longer than 10 seconds

  • nice catches, are those salmon

  • grampaw takes our huntin dog fishin when duke gets to pointin its time to drop a line gramps call him his four legged fish finder.

  • does that method work on any fish?

  • i can't enter my text there...

  • Wow he's a beast

  • We shall definitely try that out...

  • holy shit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Song!!

  • @sirhan234 Viva la vida-Coldplay

  • @TheArcticFalcon Thanks Man~!

  • legend

  • Say will this work with any fish???

  • This and trout are the best!

  • Just did this on trout. worked great even though i waited 2 days after my catch. Saved me a ton on meat instead of a filet. only thing is the bone left but I can deal with that for more meat. Thanks.

  • Indians are smart

  • IS this crappie???? ??????????????

  • Work with crappie?

  • ha sweet... now my life is easier...

  • it is so fucking reality cool!!!

  • i wish costa was my friend

  • pretty cool, cant wait to try that.

  • Brilliant! Can't wait to try it.

  • yeah not quite ten seconds and not quite incredible but nonetheless a great technique!

  • more like a minute 11 seconds

  • pretty cool...

  • more lik 2 minites

  • Fascinating!

  • pretty cool

  • i think that was more than 10 seconds

  • maybe the fish once rule the lake . but when he got caught.......

  • Well its still pretty cool.

    Thank's for the reply..

  • thats so cool, but are all the bones out??? or is it not fillet??????

  • @fastcars431 definitely not filleted, so the bones are still there. but if you fry the fish then you can just use your fork and pull the meat right off the bone when you eat it!

  • BEAUTIFUL!

  • what song is this i love it . !!!?!??!?!

  • yet the video is 2 minutes

  • so cool

  • go eat a perch from a english lake lol muddy tase aparently

  • very cool .

  • a 2 minute 1 second video, on how to clean a perch in 10 seconds?

  • @fishinfreddy1 dont be such a smart ass he's explaining it it would take ten seconds without the explanation

  • @fishinfreddy1 still you get the point.... i hope this isnt a smart ass comment because you should know what they mean... it help't me!!!

  • @fishinfreddy1 he went slow you idiot! faster than you could ever do it!

  • why the helmets on the picture ? *-*'

  • Thank You, and our Native Brothers, for sharing this "evolved wisdom".

  • what song is that ! and nice skill

  • @lyddiexo viva la vida by coldplay

  • what lures did you use to catch them helmets?

  • that fish is not viva la vidaing any more haha

  • SHIT song, but cool trick!

  • Poor fish !

  • slicker than shit !!!!! i use it now it takes me about 40 seconds which is still better than scaling anyday

  • but remember to catch and release..

  • Yumm prerman shrimp can't wait for ice fishing

  • this method sucks ass its all bones

  • @thebakuman77 i would love to see you try and get a decent boneless fillet out of a perch without having to pick the bones out. u new?

  • @99Sorc no im not new but still he dosent mention the vein running down the spine wich this dosent get our with you have to get out and ive tried it you cant even eat it theres so many bones

  • @thebakuman77 u just gotta pick the bones out man. a lot of cultures eat their fish with the bones and split them out so its up 2

  • Nice. Learned it, tried it. worked. Thanks for sharing

  • It's like opening a snickers.

  • thought this was gonna be a fake, thanks that its not

  • catch bout 10 of them, take their eyes out and you got yourself 10 eyeless fish.

  • outstanding.very quick,clean.

  • VERY COOL!!

  • great idea but must be the boneiest meal ever.

  • @branni79 You can either rip out the ribs with the edge of the knife pulled perpendicular to the spine or simply cut off the ribs flush with the cavity. After they're cooked, you just split 'em in half and the bones come out as a unit. They taste wayyy better than fillets (just think of the way chicken w/ bone has more flavor than boneless) and you retain more edible weight than when fileting.

  • I do the same thing but it takes me longer because I cut out the ribs -I know I waste a little meat but it beats a mouthful of bones every other bite

  • what kind of fish are they in the end of this video?

  • i only use fish this size as bait but damn that was very clever.

  • I tried this on on two different perch. I fucked it up both times

  • that was incredible. that indian was a genius

  • @tbokkaa Hes not indian

  • @CarbonFiberDuck He said an Indian taught him how to.

  • @tbokkaa Bfg

  • wish i knew this a few months ago

  • nice one, thanks for sharing

  • Don't throw away the head/body.. makes great fish stock.

  • Good clip. An uncle once showed me how to skin a perch in less than 10sec, but it was in the 1970s, so I don't recall precisely how it's done. It was like shown in this video clip, only removing the skin, but a little differently done. There's another video clip here, "Perch Cleaning - Two Fast Boneless Methods to Filet Perch", but what's shown in the video clip of this page and what my uncle did is not fileting the fish ; it's only removing the skin. Once cooked, the flesh comes off easily.

  • VIVA LA PERCH!

  • that fish jumped outta its skin lol

  • thats awesome. thanks for posting

  • Indians are geniuses.

  • Ya shnap da backada head.

  • does it work with salmon. LOL

  • is the fish at 1:38 a lake trout?

  • @nasemrap1 look like whitefish to me

  • @ecorob1 but above the whitefish, some kind of trout

  • @nasemrap1 Might be a splake or perhaps just a small laker?

  • Can you do this with trout?

  • That was smart!

  • Nice tip! Look forward to giving it a go. Thanks.

  • Fast, but you leave ALL the RIB BONES in. So..... fail.

  • @suddenrushsarge Clean not Fillet

  • Does it work with human?

  • @ctyuang does it work on yo face

  • I don't understand what you did when you stuck your finger inside. Can you explain? Thanks!
