John McCain stole another man's wife before he went off to Nam. While in Nam she was in a bad wreck that left her messed up. When he got home and saw his crippled wife, he left her for a woman 18 years younger than him. When his second wife got hooked on pain pills, he used his power as a senator to get her off the hook. I would never vote for such a man with low morals. Obama loves his wife and his children and is a good family man. Barack is morally superior to this crooked, foul tempered man.
His speech was very gracious. Republicans should give this a chance and hope for a better future. Why short yourself by going against it now? Work hard to help fix this country. Don't devolve into the failed pages of recent history. Embrace your family and work to take this country back to the top and work for the future.
I wish he would have used this kind of speaking style through the camp. I saw a new side of him during it. I much rather see that light, than what he expressed during his run.
I am a Dem, but thought McCain fought a long and hard run....with grace and dignity. He should be praised.
God Bless you McCain...Thank you for your service to our country.
screw you man, if you can't acknowledge that he lost graciously and conceded honorably, then you are a prime example of the ridiculous partisanship both candidates have tried so hard to campaign against.
Seen with european eyes, this is properbly his best speech, and he takes the defeat with more class, than he has showned in the entire campaign. And therefore he goes out with pride.
Thankfully Obama won, but McCains call for unionship and belive in the new president is so important!
There is only one thing worse than a sore loser and thats a SORE WINNER! At least McCain is showing a bit of class, which is something I dont see on the other side.
we will never forget this repubs made couple ........next to go is female version of bush is PALIN .........so go palin start memorising your future speeches for 2012 that is te amount of time you will need just like bush did in his 1st election but in 2nd one thanks to the new technology tht pumped it into his ears not brain cuz he doesn have1 ..........GO PALIN GO.........
This si what I had expected from McCain in the beginning, to be a leader and show direction. When he lost that afer he chose Palin I withdrew my support. Now after its over he dicedies to be a leader again. Go figure.
You seriously didn't know? It's from when he was tortured in the POW camp. His shoulder muscles are screwed up, and he can't raise his arms above his head.
I can't believe that there are people booooing us during John's speech, it's sick. Look at his audience, mostly old white people. Compare that with the rainbow of Obama supporters...all colors, walks of life, religions..I am so proud today!
Your statement itself is racist. You actually sound like you belong in the McCain camp. Without thinking white people who rejected the politics of hate and race, Obama would not have won.
Thank you John for your healing speech and for your service to this great country. I hope that no other campaign will ever be as nasty as the republicans made this one...hate is no longer a winner in America, we've come a long way. What a wonderful speech Obama made, the tears in my eyes came to light when I saw Jesse Jackson's tears. No matter what he did or did not do, he helped our country arrive at this wonderful place where we are today.
@Ishoozedotcom Hahaha it's funny because you're criticizing somebody who put his life on the line for his country. It's also funny because in the same bill he voted against raising wages for upper-middle-class white teenage males working retail and fast food. That's assuming you're talking about the bill where he voted against raising the minimum wage.
I have worked so hard for this and it won't load. *buffering* *buffering* Oh my God, oh my God, oh my God, oh my God. Your tears taste so good. MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
Please, for the love of God, you crazies lost me a presidency. Can I at least make my concession speech without you gaffing it up? Okay. I would like to thank everyone for their hard work. Especially my own party, you young Republican door-knockers, you internet rumor-spreaders, you racists, you Sarah Palin whackos, and not to forget you lady, the one who called Obama an Arab. Thank you for ruining my political legacy. Seriously, WTF?
Palin looks like she is going to cry. I really hope the repubs don't give her any more love. Let this be the end of the horror Americans endured for the past few months.

Palin lost this election for McCain, they probably wouldn't have won anyway... But she made it exponentially worse for McCain.

yes, indeed a beautiful speech... I prefer it to Obama's: much less staged and less dramatic, but somehow much more poignant and meaningful...

Well, the second one certainly is. Pay rates should be set by supply and demand, not legislative fiat.
