i had it happen where the guard got off to kill a bandit, and i killed his horse and he got on it and he and the horse were just laying there

complete quests, some quests are rewarded with a ring, like meridia's daedric quest, when you complete this you'll be rewarded with the ring of khajitti, or complete the quest called 'whom gods annoy'

Killer, that's exactly what I did. Except the horse is dead instead of paralized.

you don't have to kill him actually I have a funnier trik If you are good with illusion just try paralizing the horse and the guard when they fall kill the horse and talk to the guard and He'll Rize from the dead oh and you can't see him !!! even with the life detect stuff !!!

"Then Pay With Your Blood"... Well, the guard can't physically be there to arrest/kill you since he's stuck under the horse. So he did a little thing called "Astral Projection". And you can't see him cause you don't have Detect Life or you're not a psychic. Get it? LOL. Cute though.

Oddly enough, I tried detect life. And he was still invisible. It's because he wasn't life... he was UNLIFE! *dun dun dun*
