@czeshirecat He was using glutinous rice which is a very sticky and rich rice. The meats he was using was dried chinese sausage and dried chinese pork belly. Also was dried shrimps.
@czeshirecat : I do not know cooking well but I know the ingredients. The marinated dried sausage and the pork. You can buy those in Chinese stores. The rice is not the regular rice, this rice is the sticky rice / glutinous rice. The shrimp are dried shrimps, you can also buy them from Chinese stores. Use a stainless steel container (instead of a plastic) one when you steam the rice.

@CrayonYH its just steam, water should be 100 degree only so the plastic would not release poision.
