@diballynibally Actually you didnt predict this flare. On the 2nd Nov you predicted that when region 1339 reached disk center (8/9 November) it would produce an X flare. That may yet happen (even likely seeing as the region is producing significant flares every 6 hours or so) but this X flare happened on the the 3rd - 5 or 6 days early. We have to wait a few days to see if you are right. Fingers crossed. :)

Ah yes, the good ol' X flare strikes again. Perhaps this is why we were triple timed by the old 'geoengineering' flybys on Nov 2nd to point of massive chemical rainbows across the yellow/orange/brown smears of sprayed on artificial cloud cover that comically passes for our atmosphere these days. That big old burping boogyman in the sky is making them all too nervous. Notice how when we get these surges of M & X flares, planes and satellites start dropping to earth like dead flies. Thx4pstng

The reality is that dirty polluted air does not* behave in a jet turbine the same way that clean air does. Of course there are chemical sprays chem trails and so forth when the exhaust plumes of the old fashioned jet engine is affected
Coming from the southern hemisphere, i have observed there are never these "chemical skies/trails" we hear so much about on the top end.

@WakingUpFast I do not think the atmosphere is being intentionally manipulated.. Why bother spending the time, money and brain cells on such a pursuit when Fukushima and industrial chemicals in the air and so on are doing such a good job already.
My Main theory is that the so called "chem-trails" are just the result of these said industrial chemicals affecting the way jet fuel burns and thus the plumes/exhausts are different. It is not about enjoying the air and sunshine.

Maybe jet-fuel burning differently in clean air in comparison to chemically polluted air is not as exciting. Another theory i once heard was that the yellowish tinge over highly populated cities was actually from tobacco smoke. Hmm.
@FrankensteinFinance Without dragging this out much more, I will just mention I live in a smaller town in central interior of British Columbia, Canada, with no large air polluting industry & light vehicle traffic due to our small population. There has been virtually no forest fire activity this year, so the usual culprits for air pollution are just not a factor. This is all deliberate aerosol geoengineering being done here. Perhaps because we are close to the Alaska HAARP facility. It's sad.

This flare was on Nov 4th, and there's people saying the largest flare recorded was Nov 4, 2003. Is there any relation in time to sunspot or flare activity? Has anyone ever looked into it?
@papavalium You have to be careful here - the optimum word is "recorded" that record only goes back 30 years. The was a monster solar flare in 1973 which would have seriously irradiated the Skylab astronauts but they were between missions so the staion was empty. The biggest flare seen was the 1859 flare (the discovery of flares)

Also note the active regions on the far east side behind 1339. There are two AR regions flaring all around the same time. @Skyywatcher88 It usually dies down a bit after a major flare. An eventually the differntial rotation will start to rip it appart so all good things must come to an end (hopefully not quite yet though!

When I took a look at the first two temperature band clips, it looks like 1339 is a skull or face, and pushes its face out right before the X flare. In the third temperature band clip, it looks like there is an ominous figure to the right of 1339, extending its arm out towards the sunspot! Spooky, but most likely seen by me this way due to much cloud watching and hidden picture puzzles!

@Littlebirdie2010 It is amazing. However that "one bright spark" probably had a volume of 100 Earths and technically it does not create the energy but releases it. The energy is stored in the magnetic field (liek a twisted up rubber band) - the field lines break and the sanp heats the solar gases to incredible temperatures - sometimes making it hotter than the Sun
