  • Honestly the worst deadlift form I've ever seen. Your spine wasn't neutral in any part of that lift.

  • I did it. I'm just 10lbs more and I deadlifted 62 pounds more than you with no straps. Try doing it with no straps you'd probably only get 365. The most ive deadlifted has been 475 but I've done 500 with straps

  • nice job on getting it up but I have too saw, that wasn't even a deadlift, just look @ the form and the way the exercise was executed...old mates right drop 50kg

  • @yorkbell No leverage at all? Ha, okay wel I'm no power lifter I'm a bodybuilder you see way worse form, but thanks anyways what I do works for me, I only did this to see just how much I could lift and considering I'm 155lbs, try find someone my weight and age that can lift 400lbs
