one of the arms is fake, i think the right arm. You can see that when she comes out, she grabs it with her other real hand. Her right hand is being used to support the "shoulder" frame. You can really tell the difference in hands at the end, where the real hand is much bigger then the fake right arm/hand.

Trae una mano pegada a la manca agarrada con la derecha, cuando la izquierda la toma mete el brazo derecho y toma algo que suspende lo que parecen ser los hombros, luego baja su cabeza(se ve que el vestido se abre) y camina en cuclillas, termina dejandose caer por completo. Es un truco de agilidad, coordinacion y eternidad de horas de ensallo.
