ohh my goshh o.o you ARE a genius! It looks like true yogurt. With just those little ingredients? :O shocked! Imma try. You are dah best!...well if mine comes out right.haha :p x
thank you health: healthy botanical herbs, all natural, organic, non gmo,RAW, vegan(except for "achieve") are available at my website TYLERMARSHALL.MYZRII.COM endorsed and backed by Deepak Chopra, Chris Gardner(played by will smith in "pursuit of happiness") go with the amalaki, got my friend off of diabeties medication, so many testimonials, good heatlh to you
@winterpoetry You can always experiment with recipes to see what you like best. The dates are there for sweetness. If you are not vegan, you can use raw honey as well to add additional sweetness.
@Redwitch0587 of course you could! That would also increase the nutrient value of it. But don't forget, it does also add calories so maybe half milk / half water if you are looking for something lower in calories.
@Redwitch0587 That sounds delicious. Keep in mind, if you're going raw, unless you are making your own coconut milk, the coconut milk may be processed and not technically raw. Happy un-cooking!

Can you leave the dates out of this recipe, or would that ruin it? Thanks :)

This looks amazing. Can't wait to try it. Could I substitute the water with coconut milk without a problem?
