the guitar actually requires effort. death metal bands have tremolo picking on the first 5 frets for 4 and a half minutes, and this is much better.

personally, i'd consider it viking metal but who really cares? it's very good music. it just has this air of epicness in it, both song and lyrics. its melodic and brutal all at once. what more could you ever ask for?

Thanks for posting- Knowing the lyrics to thier songs makes it a lot easier for new listeners to appreciate how poetic they can really be. I love these guys, but the lack of melodic vocals kindof detracts from it.
