At this level of table-tennis, i just find it hilarious. Its almost ridiculous how good they are. They are like 3 meters away from the table, smashing it with all they got, and they can constantly get it back onto the table. WTF
hey, can anybody explain to me the game system??? i can only see that "the main team (ma lin, li qin, chen and ma long) are playing againts a "second team"...
Man, this really shows just how good and deep the Chinese national team is. I think realistically 1-10 in the rankings would be Chinese, maybe 1-2 others.
yeah I definitely agree. Its insane how many really good players there are in China, who play professionally, but do not get a chance to play internationally, and therefore no one hears about them. When Boll, Samsonov, Ryu, Mizutani, etc. all the best foreign players played in the Chinese Super League, they faced tons of players who on any given day at least had a 50 percent chance to beat them or better. Chinese table tennis talent is just insanely deep
@scylla24 i agree but it's not that china has so many talented players, but the training n the exposure they get that not many other players, around the world, get!
@apun94 hmmm you would actually be really surprised. Most Chinese players don't get a chance to play internationally so there is no exposure for them. Just look at the Chinese Superleague. There are dozens and dozens of plays who on any given day can beat the top players from the rest of the world, that's a lot of talent in my book. If all the top Chinese players were actually able to play internationally and be ranked, they would make up probably 60-70 of the top 100 spots.
@scylla24 ok i m wrong abt exposure thing, lol!, but from day 1 the working ethics they r introduced to n the training they get n the hardwork they put in makes great plrs, even tho they r not that much talented!
First time I saw chen qi reacting like this, well I found it normal since he was down 5-9 then leveled at 9-all so its okay to scream like that for a comeback
i wonder what would be the chances of "china II" male team getting the silver medal in world team championships. ;p

@chris91w It's possible to smash anywhere. You don't have to be that good to do it.
