No, we all know he isn't a champion; he fights @ 170 and, as we all know, GSP is the reigning champ. And, I think we can all agree, loosing to GSP is no mark of shame..

But, you said he "sucks," which is what I took issue with. Nonetheless, you just said yourself that he is world class i.e. doesn't suck.

Not being UFC champ doesn't equate to sucking; in fact, just being in the UFC, in and of itself, means you're a big time fighter, period.

I think the personality difference is what the biggest factor is in this fight. Dan Hardy gets way to defensive in what people think about him while GSP takes the more mature approach. Dan Hardy's biggest weakness is worrying about what others think about him and thats his biggest weakness. I think that will distract him in the fight.

Koscheck has only won 3 of his last 5 fights, and is only on a 2 fight win streak. He was last finished off by Paulo Thiago via TKO and before that by Thiago Alves by decision. I hardly thing he is the man at Welterweight. Besides, why fight Koscheck when Hardy already has a surefire title shot. That would be a dumb decision to fight Koscheck instead of GSP. Hardy may not have been in the UFC long enough to warrant a title shot, but Koscheck hasn't been consistent enough to get one either
