@HawkeyeRox They're Hatsune Miku and Hatsune Mikuo. They're not really from an anime but they're called Vocaloids which is a voice synthesizer which allows voice without the need of a singer. And Mikuo is the genderbent form of Miku, or some people like to call him her brother or others like them as a couple. *shrugs* But you can look up the Vocaloid wiki and read all about it if you're interested n.n Sorry this was such a long comment..Dx
