Everyone that bashes on BF3 are cod gamers that tried out battlefield but they sucked at it.

(+) BF3:

- It's completely more realistic.

- New engine. (graphics)

- Awesome story campaign.

- It's way better on PC then on consoles (Bigger maps , battlelog etc)

- It's not even close to Battlefield 2

I can't imagine BF3 having full 64 players slot games in 6 years as BF2 does. They changed the game too much because it HAD to compete against COD. If this is considered a "true" BF2 sequel because of fancy graphics and bunch of customizing weapons like COD, then I can't care less for BF4 and future titles DICE puts out. We expected a sequel, not BC3 with bigger maps.

@gmk120 Sorry to get in between. I am a COD fan and a BF3 fan but I have to say that I don't think BF3 is close to BF2 at all. Graphics and guns different as you said, yes, but the maps are all different of course, they added a single player, BF2 had single-player but that was like a offline flag base capture game not a story mode. They also added a great engine of course because its a new year, they added that you can break buildings and such more I say it's not close to being compare to BF2.

And for me is just BF 2 updated to this days... and i guess this and COD are overhyped games, i haven't had as much fun as i thought i would have playing COD and BF...

I don't even play BF3 anymore it got boring way too fast but it was the best game I ever played, and now COD is getting boring too but I still play that more since more friends own it. Both great games, both got boring way too fast... If they had zombies in MW3 it would've been the best game. Spec Ops is good but not really fun with just 2 people...

I've been a COD fan for years. I never played a single BF game in my life until BF3. Wow. COD feels like a kids game. BF3 is everything and more. COD is for "gamers." Battlefield is in a completely different category from Call of Duty. COD is a FPS Arcade Shooter while Battlefield is a War-like simulator FPS.
