this recipe doesn't exist in italy! however you can't cook italian dishes if you don't understand that italians recipes are based on simplicity and fresh feedstocks!!!!!!!!!
I love the video, especially 'cuz I am a Spaghetti & Meatballs fanatic. You are totally right. It doesn't have to be Spaghetti to be enjoyed. You probably could put the sauce and meatballs into a loaf of bread & make a sub. When I have all the right tools & ingredients, I definitely wanna try to make this. It looks very do-able.
This looks really good. The only thing I'd change is how you cook the meatballs. They don't need to be "deep fried". All you need to do is a put a tiny bit of oil in the pan and they'll cook just as well. It might take a little more then 6 minutes but it would be much healthier.
It might be tasty but I couldn't stand your puss in every shot!! Good Lord give us a break, seeing you for a half minute at the beginning and end is MORE THAN ENOUGH!!
@liverpoolfootiefc hardly i trolled the living shit out of u on the vajazzle video, u genuinely thort that i cared about talking about women like they are whores
About how many people does this recipe serve? I might try and give it a go sometime soon. Thanks for making these videos. They're informative and/or adorable! :)
Oh O, i don't like parsley. I grow it in my garden for my sister but i never had the taste for that. I crush up ceasar croutons for the meatballs. mmmmmmm
Olive oil is heart heathy, but it is pricey. So here is a tip for those who are looking to save a buck or a few pounds, you can bake the meatballs in a 350 degree oven for about 30 to 45 minutes or until they are done and they will turn out golden and beautiful.
I like the way you do these, step by step. I will be attempting this one. And buy the way, "who like burnt balls" almost choked on my coffee. That will be making smiles all day!
I take umbridge to that! =P Plain Parsely is that curly stuff not Italian flat leaf LOL J/K find it odd though it was labled like that. Got to ask my mom she's Italian and I swear she's told me her family ate thier meatballs with thier pasta like on it. Now this is bugging me.
@freshtildeathonline Yep! It was all me! If you don't believe me - you can match up my pink sparkly nails and see me in my Italian Stella costume for a few seconds :) In many parts of the world, they use veggies or fish instead of beef/pork/veal too!
i never thought i would sub to a cooking channel, but i saw your stuff on getfitgamer's...and subbed. you really put a lot of effort into your vids and i dig that. You're not just another pretty chick to look at on youtube - you have substance. keep up the good work. check out my video "how to make a grilled cheese" and let me know what you think!
@thawthepast Swedish meatballs are slightly different from the Italian-American ones in the video. Swedish meatballs are made with very similar ingredients, BUT are seasoned allspice and/or nutmeg, often cooked with cream and broth, and served with a gravy-like sauce. I'm more of a fan of the Italian-American meatballs :)
@iloveflavor ~~~~~~~~thanks............How about "meatloaf"...loafing your meat with loving flavor from every nation in the world....you get the picture...spices are for little girls........
I've tried the cheese cakes and they were delicious!!! (Thank you pretty Jenn! You're the best). My sweet potato was a not that good though (I blame the potato).
I'll try the above recipe on this upcoming Saturday :) Thank you for being awesome and for making totally informative, funny and amazing culinary videos.
@shahsjournal I am SO excited that the cheesecakes turned out awesome! YAY! Oh no! Silly potato! Maybe better luck next time? I am SO excited that you loved this week's recipe - I think it is my favorite so far :) You can definitely only use beef in the recipe. The great thing is that you can you substitute a variety of different meats in this recipe (beef, pork, veal, turkey, etc)! Surprisingly the glittery pink nails are still intact and holding up quite well :) I've been a lucky girl so far!
@Padfoot74 Yes! You definitely can - plus ground turkey is a great healthy alternative. You can sub the ground turkey for all the meat, a portion of the beef, or whatever combination that you would like! I've tried and seen several variations. You can even use veal if you would like!
