Putting gowns and swimsuits aside, the faces are what really matter. South Carolina has the prettiest face iout ofall of the contestants.. Gowns, hair, and bodies can be changed, but the face is where the beauty comes from. South Carolina showed hers the best.

Me gustó la votación del público y el comentario de las mujeres para cada una de las participantes. No me gustó eso de dividir las candidatas en grupo, eso estuvo fuera de orden. La música está bonita, pero no es apropiada para está parte de la competencia. Texas no debió estar entre las cuatro finalistas. Ese puesto era para Carolina del Sur o Hawai . Me hubiera gustado que Michigan estuviera entre las semifinalistas, esa mujer es bonita.

La ganadora está hermosa. Fue la mejor selección.

Kelly Osbourne is fucking ugly and has no sense of style. She doesn't deserve to be doing fashion commentary. Her tattoos are atrocious. I thought Miss Hawaii had the most beautiful gown I've ever seen. Miss California was okay, and so were Miss Maryland and Miss Tennessee.

@puffballs839 Please. Hawaii has a pretty face but that dress was just like any old prom dress you see in Macy's. It looked cheap with that bottom. Her dress killed her and she didn't walk confident and straight in it. She looked unsure of herself the way she walked.

Kelly was spot on with Maryland's dress. The bottom made it look so old. Had the whole thing been like the top she could have advanced further.

Miss USA had the perfect pageant format and everyone was laughin at Miss America not being able to get it together. Now, everyone is laughing at this terrible show. All the changes were really bad. Hope they can get it together for Miss Universe because this show was a hot mess this year!!!

@Jukka70 She is. Her being a model helped her kill the EG competition. Her dress could have overwhelmed her but LOOK at her back and posture. She stood rail straight and strutted her stuff in that dress.

Hawaii looked uncomfortable in her dress as if the bottom was overwhelming her and she was afraid to fall. The same with Maryland.

Not California though. She looked so confident and was but she was vixen/sexy confident not bitchy like Tennessee.

@Jukka70 Yeah she needed a split. She should have borrowed from Alabama. Bama has TOO much split. North Carolina's dress needed a split too. It looked suffocating.

Maine's dress aged her. She was the oldest contestant at 27 and she had short hair which did nothing to soften her face so she wouldn't LOOK 27 because she looked every bit her age and not in a good way and kind of older. And a black dress with those sequins on top just made her all of pushing 35.

@totalchic347 I think if they keep the top 16 new "theme" for top 8 and top 6, they'll do great on MU. I like the geographic region separation (and also the vertical leds when the candidate is announced). MUO is trying to be modern, and, being honest, is giving them good results.

@NorthernLightsora The other nice thing with California, was that wonderful reaction. It just seemed more and more that the winner was acting like, yeah thanks, or, of course it was me. But California was definitely surprised. I think I would have enjoyed the music more if it was just the singer on the piano. I've got a huge problem with the "rap" being considered music. But no matter the view on whether it's music or not, it doesn't belong as the song for evening gowns.
