Tutorial on how to make a slideshow with Picasa 3

When I click "Create Now" at the end, it just says it's in progress for a few minutes, and the left hand side is grayed out so that I can't choose to export the clip or put it on youtube, ect. It never creates it, no matter how many times I try. Any ideas!? Thanks for the video!
