Sport sambo doesn't involve submissions, and doesn't have as much bearing on his level of technical jiu jitsu as say, the assessment of his actual jiu jitsu coach who you see here in the video. but no, i'm sure you'd know better than dino.

Lol okay well I'm not even sure who this guy is, but he could have an iq about 30 points higher than yours and you'd never know would you? Because what's that in the face of the fact that he didn't know some obscure fact that doesn't even refute his original argument that this guy in the video is in fact more qualified to speak on arlovskis technical jiu jitsu level than you are. Im talking the Real from Brazil taught for years under the Gracie Family...They are GREAT at Ju-jitsu with a gi.

I went to Ruas Vale Tudo and thus never used a Gi, Vale Tudo beats Ju-Jitsu all day.

Dino is his Jitz coach (Rickson Gracie blackbelt) and Mike is a boxing coach.

He's got two wrestling coaches (real nice guys).

Dino is a great guy, and a really solid blackbelt. He's not as good, in my opinion, as some of the Brazilians I've rolled with when he's got the gi on, but he understand the mechanics of no gi better than most coaches, especially in the states.
