Yes there cute and yes they dont shed but dont get one if you dont have the time to groom them, shih tzu's have naturally wavy hair and maltese have a kink at the top that goes the opposite way than the shih tzu's kink so therefore they will matt so quickly make sure you have the time and money for these pretty pooches :P
i have 2 gorgeous maltese shihtzus that are now 12 years young!! They dont shed hair at all and are the best company a person could ever wish for! They are still like puppies when they play and are wonderful with our daughter!
@ReactorStudios Maltese Shih-tzu's would be perfect for you! If you want a breed that wont shed hair, then go for a poodle, Schnauzer or West Highlander Terrier cross.
have you ever come across maltese cros chihuahau? cos thats my dog breed, he is a healthy, well look after, i had him at six weeks, now he is six and still looks like a puppy, have you ever seen them before cos i havent?
