Distance on firing from my Garage to my car is 45 feet. I would say that is the max range for most Projectile shells. 18 or 30 rd BB shells might get a tad farther then that.
Thanks for doing thing video. I been trying to figure out the range on the foam slugs and wasn't having any luck till just now. I'll steer clear of the foam slugs and most likely go with an s thunder or the shell in the center you use. I have a echo 1 short grenade launcher and a CAW 60rd shell that I currently us to launch foam footballs about 150 +/- it's a good range but Im trying to find a shell that would give me the most range. If you could tell me which shells you have had that gave you
Thanks. I will try and keep them coming. I figure if someone can get some use out of them, the better. I figure Airsoft is about helping out other players when you can.
Thanks for the reviews on these. I've watched a few of your other reviews and have made purchases based off of them and other reviews. Just wanted to let you know they're helpful. Keep it up.
It might, but I doubt it. i put the tape on the foam to give it some weight to get added range and help stop it from tumbling. I was using a Short Pistol Launcher for all tests.
Yes, but it is so light it had hardly any distance. Propelling a Hard Foam Golf ball did get some distance, but players have to be aware of the effect when it hits near them. We play 15' kill radius & that seems to work.
I own the m576 with foam cap and with red gas and angling my m203 at about 45 degrees, I can get about 75 ft distance max. I have not yet used it in a game but will in about a month. I am pretty happy with it but also want to try the xmpb4 with nerf vortex rounds. Great video review!
Lol its a lot tight

Can't you put BBs in that dummy round? I've seen plastic caps you put on the end to hold them in. Maybe it's an entirely different shell.

@ManiacMac596 Yes you can. I think you are thinking about the S-THUNDER grenades that are like that. I did a review of those too.

Am I correct in saying that the black foam piece is supposed to be used with a long barrel M203 style launcher to give it more range?
