I SAW THIS SAME THING LAST YEAR IN LOUISIANA, USA. BUT THE LIGHTS WERE GOING IN A CIRCLE, LIKE THEY WERE PLAYING CHASE, THEN THEY WOULD ALL CRASH TOGETHER IN THE CENTER AND IT WOULD START ALL OVER WITH THEM CHASING IN A CIRCLE. IT LASTED ABOUT AN HOUR AND A HALF. MY CHILDREN AND I WATCHED IT FROM MY BACK PORCH.

I think it is real, not a spot light. Because i am a Lighting Engineer, No High Power Spot Light can do this effect. Like the "spacecannon" high power flood light using on Hong Kong Harbour Light show, it cannot do this without Beam line on the Air....

These are spotlights. The light beams are not visible due to light pollution from the cities lights. You cannot see as many stars in cities as you can in rural areas due to the artificial lights in the cities. This could also be the reason why you cannot see the beams, but only the reflection of the lights on the clouds. While I do believe in UFOs these are not UFOs.

@silentmajor Spot light's are for live show's and play's. They dont beam up, they beam down onto a stage. I can see you know ufo's and alien's are real, but these are light's for jet's and plane's. You can see it's a cloudy night in this video and those light's are to help guide the planes safely. I live next to an air force base and I see those light all the time. Besides in those were ufo's there would be a hord of fighter jet's coming to knock those thing's from the sky.
