where do you get a bb gun like that. The best one i have looks kind of like it but you load it from the top so you can't pull the top back and obviously there is no mag.

It depends on how powerful they are and the type of pellet, I use plastic ones because if I shoot myself I wont get it stuck inside me, plastic ones are less painful metal ones(most common) can damage internal organs or puncture.

pistols are usually weak, while machine gun or shot gun or rifle are stronger because of its accuracy.
