You shouldn't be commenting on the fact that Ray Boltz is a homosexual. God loves him just as much as he loves everybody else. Besides people shouldn't look at who he loves and see the fact that he loves. it's more than most people do in this world.If anything, Ray Boltz is an inspiration. This song shows us that we should give all we have to people whether it be love, food, money, or just our time.
I've got to say if More people were more like this boy in this video, there wouldn't be so many hungry people in the world today. we as God's people need to stand up and let him work through us.. let us love and give through the faith of our Lord Jesus Christ. all it takes is a little support from us and God can multiply it. that little boy gave all and imagine what God could do if we would just give of our all in today's world.

If you saw someone about to step out in front of an oncoming car, which they were not seeing due to the fact they had gotten distracted, would you allow them to walk in the pathway of the car, saying it is between them and the driver of the car? I really don't know. I was taught all my life that homosexuality was a sin. And yet despite all my efforts to change that, despite all my prayers to God to change me, he did not. Lieing and stealing is something that you do. Being gay is something that I am despite what I do. So finally,I just figured God did not care that I was gay. He cared how I lived. So I live an honest and good life with an honest and good man. And I hope.

God does test us... but he does not TEMPT us. We are tempted by our own fallen nature, and sometimes the fallen angels try to use our weaknesses to draw us into temptations. Ray is living with sin in his life, I know I have sin in my own life to worry about, so while I hope and pray that Ray repents and can bring great music to worship with, I will not judge him on it. That's God's job.

I do however hold the belief that God made man and woman, made marriage for the two to become one flesh, etc. Nowhere in the Bible do I find provision for two men or two women to become one flesh, but I do find what I believe to be an account of God's condemnation of it. You misunderstand the Scriptures. Esau disrespected and hated God - he did not accept salvation. Jacob, though a deceiver, repented and accepted the free gift of salvation. If Esau had accepted, the Scriptures would read - and Esau I have loved also. Jesus IS love, "He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love." 1 John 4:8. The whole book of James explains things about judgement.

Thank you sir, for your concern. I am married to my partner. We live good, faithful, decent lives. I've repented of the sin of believing the lie that I am somehow less a child of God by being gay. Something that I did not choose to be and wasted many years in trying to change. I prayed, anguished and God answered in His quiet way, not so long ago, that although I am gay--he does not care--he loves and accepts me anyway. Now that is good news indeed.

Speaking as someone who's father was once gay but got saved, you are not simply 'gay'. a demon attatches itself to you and convinces you that you are gay. If you were to read the whole chapter and not just your pet verses, you would see that Paul is addressing the pagan worship he saw all around him in his day, which included temple prostitution. This is what he was addressing--not two people in love, living faithful committed relationships. The perversion for Paul was the forsaking of the one true God for the worship of idols. And reading further, you will see that he indicts the Jews as well for their self-righteousness.

Ray Boltz can be forgiven for his sin of homosexuality. The problem is he has instead chosen to harden his heart toward God. I've read his story how he gave in to sin. Should someone who has murdureous thoughts give in to them and expect God to just accept them they way they are? Should an unrepentent adultress dictate to God the terms of her acceptance? I do not hate Ray Boltz, he is a sinner like everyone else. What I do hate is his unrepentent attitude toward the sin he is living in.

I agree. It is between him and God. If you saw someone about to step out in front of an oncoming car, which they were not seeing due to the fact they had gotten distracted, would you allow them to walk in the pathway of the car, saying it is between them and the driver of the car? it amazes me how people have "degrees" of sin they tolerate. It's not okay with them for Ray Boltz to struggle mightily with something that they perceive is "sin", but if THEY get angry with their neigbor for not mowing their lawn, or if John Hagee eats like a glutton and becomes obese, or if Charles Stanley gets a divorce from his wife, those things are simply not quite so bad? I really don't know. I was taught all my life that homosexuality was a sin. And yet despite all my efforts to change that, despite all my prayers to God to change me, he did not. Lieing and stealing is something that you do. Being gay is something that I am despite what I do. So finally,I just figured God did not care that I was gay. He cared how I lived. So I live an honest and good life with an honest and good man. And I hope.

God does test us... but he does not TEMPT us. We are tempted by our own fallen nature, and sometimes the fallen angels try to use our weaknesses to draw us into temptations. Ray is living with sin in his life, I know I have sin in my own life to worry about, so while I hope and pray that Ray repents and can bring great music to worship with, I will not judge him on it. That's God's job.

Judge not and acknowledge (as in understand and help others to do the same) not are different. We should most definitely recognize the sin involved here, and certainly teach our children about it. We should also be able to lovingly try to keep one another accountable. This obviously doesn't apply to youtube commenting for Ray, but I don't beat around the bush with homosexual friends, I make it clear that the ACTION is wrong, and that they must repent and change to be saved. As I said, I will not make myself your judge. I do however hold the belief that God made man and woman, made marriage for the two to become one flesh, etc. Nowhere in the Bible do I find provision for two men or two women to become one flesh, but I do find what I believe to be an account of God's condemnation of it. Many argue that it is solely Old Testament, to which I say Jesus fulfilled the OT, deferring JUDGMENT til later, not changing what is right and what is wrong. For your sake, I hope..

You misunderstand the Scriptures. Esau disrespected and hated God - he did not accept salvation. Jacob, though a deceiver, repented and accepted the free gift of salvation. If Esau had accepted, the Scriptures would read - and Esau I have loved also. Jesus IS love, "He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love." 1 John 4:8. The whole book of James explains things about judgement.

We are all born sinners. Born into sin. Some kill, others sin in other ways and some practice fornication in some form. To say you are born that way makes no difference to God. In God's word He clearly states homosexuallity is a sin. I tell you this with love and to save you from hell. If we truely love God we will keep His commandments. Light obeyed increases Light. Light refused increases darkness. Don't stumble over this matter. Ask God to help you have the will to accept the Truth! Amen!

Only sex between a, (married),man and woman is God's design for sex. Yes men can love each other, but, never like a man and woman. Not in a sexual way. Sin has many tools, but a lie is the handle to them all. Repent and stop the lie and fornication in the name of Jesus and He will forgive you, and go and sin no more.

Thank you sir, for your concern. I am married to my partner. We live good, faithful, decent lives. I've repented of the sin of believing the lie that I am somehow less a child of God by being gay. Something that I did not choose to be and wasted many years in trying to change. I prayed, anguished and God answered in His quiet way, not so long ago, that although I am gay--he does not care--he loves and accepts me anyway. Now that is good news indeed.

God created Adam and Eve, not Adam and Steve--yeah, I've heard that lots of time before-- and he created them male and female, white and hairless according to my Bible Stories book I grew up with. However, my bet is that they were a hairy lot, still unaware how to use a lever.

he was likely a great man of god when he made these videos, but i would be surprised if he is one now. you gotta be pretty stooped in sin to go gay, it doesn't just happen over night. hopefully though he will come out of it and go back to making spirit-filled songs.

I believe you mean "steeped." At any rate, one doesn't necessarily become more & more sinful until one goes gay; generally it's more a matter of trying to fulfill unmet needs. Someone with same sex attraction who is living a chaste life could easily be a great man of God. It's not what tempts you, it's what you do that's important.
Anyway, the main reason I am commenting here is to point out something no one on this page has mentioned: The Little Boy Is NOT Wearing a Seat Belt! I am SHOCKED!

I disagree. I believe one does necessarily become more and more sinful until you are gay. Speaking as someone who's father was once gay but got saved, you are not simply 'gay'. a demon attatches itself to you and convinces you that you are gay. My father had that demon leave him and he was instantly no longer gay.
demons cannot simply come into your life, you have to open doors to them via sin.

Jesus died for all of us, if you believe the Story. We can claim that you need to believe certain things or live in a particular way, but that is just religion, something the Biblical Jesus despised, according to the Story. The Christian church, generally, has not been welcoming to same-gender oriented people. At the same time, they seem to be blind to (and unwilling to take action to stop) the killing of unborn children or stop the torture and enslavement of human beings. Who is at work?

One thing I do not believe is that God made anyone Gay. Maybe society did or the hormnes in our food. But God did not and does not create anyone gay. I do believe God through the blood of Jesus has a very special caring in his heart for anyone who finds themself in

i dont think its our society or hormones in our food haha. in pauls letters he writes about homosexuality, as well as in the law books of the OT. our society is however, much more accepting of homosexuality than 50 or 100 years ago. its an old problem, nothing new.

So, God didn't create anyone with amazing gifts like prophecy, vocal blessing, and everything else from blindness (which some that are blind call a blessing) to being albino, etc?
God knows the soul & to even have a discussion over what someone does in the privacy of their bedroom with one they love is perverse and improper of anyone, to think they can dictate what they think scripture teaches - for anything you bring up can be countered with love from Jesus' words. This is not about hate!The Bible say that if a brother falls into sin you must persuade him to repent from his sin.God also told the Prophet Eziekel that if he didn't warn someone about his or her sin then he is laible.How can you let people live the way they want to when God commands everyone to live according to his ways?Sin is Sin.We cannot play around with sin because God is Holy!It is better for us to correct a brother who sins,than let him be destroyed by the Devil!Do everything in LOVE.

He did not 'become" gay. He simply has been all his life Now he has become more honest with himself and those he loves. I am glad because God can use him even more mightily to bring healing to gay Christians who have been so cruelly wounded by the Church.

The Church forced Ray to live in the closet. I've not met one person who has "chosen" to be gay. He is gay like others are left handed, but he was taught that it was evil, sick, perverse. The perversity was for him to have to live a lie because of societal stigma against gays(lies he believed for too long). But what was meant for evil, will be used for God's righteous purposes. Now he can live more honestly and true, God can use him to minister his unconditional love for ALL his children.

If you were to read the whole chapter and not just your pet verses, you would see that Paul is addressing the pagan worship he saw all around him in his day, which included temple prostitution. This is what he was addressing--not two people in love, living faithful committed relationships. The perversion for Paul was the forsaking of the one true God for the worship of idols. And reading further, you will see that he indicts the Jews as well for their self-righteousness.

Ray Boltz can be forgiven for his sin of homosexuality. The problem is he has instead chosen to harden his heart toward God. I've read his story how he gave in to sin. Should someone who has murdureous thoughts give in to them and expect God to just accept them they way they are? Should an unrepentent adultress dictate to God the terms of her acceptance? I do not hate Ray Boltz, he is a sinner like everyone else. What I do hate is his unrepentent attitude toward the sin he is living in.

what if we gave all we had (all we we are able to give). Just like that song says by Ray Boltz.. We are not here for ourselves but to glorify God. I'd like to challenge everyone this week to give all you have to God. It doesn't have to be money, but your time in helping someone. Maybe a phone call to someone you haven't talk to in a while. Maybe you need to forgive someone or you may need to ask someone to for give you. Let others see God in you! Give all you have!! May God be yr hands and feet

The blood of Jesus washes away all sin, including Ray's. Prayer is all the help Ray needs.
