@nothingtolookat when you use tuning fork, you broke the window, located back of Dracula. The sun's rays pass through the window, touch and kill Dracula. You are not your fault, the game would have to have more graphics and resolution, and so you could notice this detail: P

first of all thanks for posting this video, if you didnt I would NEVER ever seen the ending of this game. I played it extensively and started it again many many times. My best is when I revived frankenstein monster and i could never time when to cut the cables. either i got butchered or i did it too early and lock Elvira forever. Its one of my favourite games but I hated it with a passion too. Terribly designed imho. Music was better on pc version tho :D. used to love all the gruesome scenes

@RSCNyx If you don't cast the Courage spell before revealing the head on the platter, you literally die of fear. Just like the bedroom with the succubus, or getting killed by the blue flying ghosts in the catacombs.

The only thing I didnt' like about this was the whole cave part DAYUM!!! it was long and a wee bit tedious.

But, a few of my more favorite parts are the Track runner Dracula, the main characters libido is still good to go after all he's been through, and That green guy who fucking popped out of that pantry that actually scared me a little.

All in all, This game is still very playable and still looks fun. I need to get this game again ( I was four when I first played it)

I tried playing this once. I got about 2 steps into the spiderweb maze before I got my blood sucked out and died. In fact, I died every single time I encountered any kind of creature, which seemed to be every time I opened a door. I hacked away at all of them, but never managed to kill anything.

I have to say I preferred the PC music.  But it's nice to finally see the whole game. I usually just made my spells immediately to conserve encumbrance. Spells are weightless.

Never beat it. I could beat the insect hive and the haunted house but I kept getting lost in the catacombs and as such never actually rescued "the girl who puts the boob back in the boob tube."

My copy must have been broken because I found it 100% impossible to kill anything in this game. I'd hack at the enemies like crazy, but I *ALWAYS* died. Finally I gave up since I couldn't even survive a single encounter.

that's exactly what you do NOT want to do. Spamming attacks has absolutely no effect, it'll make it even easier for the enemy to hit you. you have to be patient when attacking; just when the guy moves his weapon to the right, Hack; if he moves his weapon to the left, lunge. when he attacks your left side, Block; when he attacks to the right, parry. this way you'll usually survive.There are,however, some monsters that can only be killed if you have a) certain amount of skill or b) special weapon.

Yes it has! You must see it in this way: the stuntman is some kind of Warrior (high strenght and high weaponskill), the programmer is the mage, the knifethrower some kind of..umm..let mie say thief and the private eye is the allrounder. Is that a help?

The death scenes are a joke, they put so much effort into all those monsters and yet they couldn't bring up some different wounds onto that one face. I'm glad Waxworks did this muuuuuuuuuuuch better.

Cool video, but this one wasn't nearly as scary as I remember.. I wish they made it extremely atmospheric like the first elvira and waxworks. The death scenes for this one were pretty tame compared to waxworks especially, but I appreciate the time you put into this.. Especially since it took me about 5 months to beat it when I was a kid! Great memories regardless.
