went to see her at derby uni do her mary thing it was interesting entertaining and captivating.

If you are interested in real history, then check out my group on facebook, its called Paranormal History. Not only do I work for two Paranormal Companies, both the best in the country in their individual fields, but I have also worked for roughly twenty different production companies making historical documentaries and dramas... you right though... it is easy to slag her off, especially as she is so rubbish at what she is supposed to do.

Its a real shame Lesley Smith doesn't know a great deal about English History, certainly not enough to do an adequate job on Most Haunted. Her only qualification is an honourary degree she got for her work at Tutbury. However she is currently doing a real degree course at Birmingham Uni (or so iv'e heard) hopefully she learns something from that and stops giving Paranormal Historians a bad name.

She really bridges the divide between the academic world and the world of the layman: Her knowledge of the early modern period, particularly intricate social detail was absolutely first rate..Go and visit her at Tutbury (if you haven't already that is).
