I personally use concealer as a base... I don't really recommend it. It doesn't really do much except make it last a tiny bit longer.

@JenibelleSwan : that's a concealer for your face, so you can totally use it on your eyes. It's just shaped like a lipstick for convenience :)

It's a pallete , called coastal scents , but you can get a better cheaper one on ebay , called 120 pro palette xD

If youre talking about Lemon-aid its by Benefit. I work for them. Its for discolouration on eyelids and is also good as an eyeshadow primer!
