@skeeter1012 all wrong. honda never used a belt. honda went from gears to a hydralic transmision and shaft drive to the diffs also called rear ends. kawasaki / yamaha / polaris / suzuki went to a belt drive from engine to a transmission then shaft drive to the diffs. so in the end there all shaft drive now but the ones that people call belt drive there just talking about the belt from the engine to the trasmission and all are shaft drive now exsept sport quads.
