I'm having a trouble with fatalities, it never gives me that option when I beat an opponent, it just says "Finish Him/Her" then I can either attack them 1 last time or wait for them to die.

The trouble Im having is that that after the button combinations some say (sweep)...I have no idea what (sweep) means...Can someone help me out?

you fogot about shang tsung. quan chi and shang tsung died in the intro to this game so they wouldnt be in it, the same way liu kang wasnt in deadly alliance after dying in the intro. jax, sonya, kitana, and johhny cage were also killed. raiden was sacrifieced himself but came back in a corrupted form

all of these characters (and many more) were killed in the events that led up to mk deception, with the exception of reptile and shinnok. shinnok was behind the scenes in this one and emerged in armageddon, as tazzy423 said. reptiles body was possessed by the resurrected dragon king onaga (the boss of mk deception), so obviously he wouldnt be in the game. although i guess you can argue that he was in the game in body haha

Tanya's my favorite character. She's vicious, treacherous, and cold-blooded. She's one of the most evil characters in the game. Her fatalities are probably the least gory in the game, but they're still brutal! Actually, I think it's awesome that her fatalities aren't that gory. It's like she doesn't even want to make time for a fancy gorefest like the other characters. They're a bit more realistic, and the poses she makes at the end of them are pretty cool. Tanya wears some kickass boots too.
