@theaxman00 Hey buddy, dont worry and go train with Wes in Leriken, he's an amazing instructor :D Richard is in Egypt for the time being, doing lots of work with women shelters. Nour stopped training a long time ago and works in Lebanon. Sadly he has very little time i only saw him like 2-3 times in the last 5 years.

Bro add me up on facebook and join my senshido group there (Senshido.NET) and watch all the free vids. although geared towards women they will give you great information. take care

I don't understand anything you're saying but must be good info. Georges, I have one question regarding palm strking.  Do you curl your fingers up when doing a palm strike or do you keep it out and up like when you got the passive stance? I know that keeping the fingers up and out like the passive stance allows you to "accidently" poke an eye, so which do you usually do? Thanks
