If the cops pull you over, do what you are told! They are armed and will shoot your dumb ass if you run!
the interesting thing is, this man was a real cia agent in pursuit of a suspected terrorist with nuclear warhead that was just smuggled into the country. google the agents name. it was a big case in houston. the bad part is with all this cia agents training, running from the police and exiting a car with object in hand means your dead.
this is a justified shooting, that officer couldnt see anything but his head till he got right up on him because the door/tinted window, and he did appear to have an object in his hand...

He had something is his right hand and he pointed it at the officer. I don't care if it was a gun or phone, that is not something you should do. An officer has a split second to react to protect himself, his partners, and the public.
No one told him to get out of the car, the so called "CIA man" really doesn't like obeying orders. He got out of the car after a chase and with dark windows and when no one told him to get out and he got out very fast. The officers had every reason in the World to fear for their lifes, therefore he got shot like he deserved for being a big son of a bitch.
