One more thing, if you know anything about Java based games like Runescape, then you would know that no matter how much they update Runescape, it can't compare to non Java games like Age of Conan, Anarchy, or any other game like that. And it's not just graphics that are horrible on Runescape, but the gameplay as well. The only good thing about it are non-comb skills.

The most appealing factir in most games, to me, is the PvP. If the PvP is fun and challenging, then I enjoy it. Where is the PvP in Anarchy Online? If I wanted to play an in-depth story based game with little restrictions and amazing customization, I'd go play Dungeons and Dragons. That's just my opinion, however.

One thing I'd like to point out though, complexity doesn't necessarily reflect on difficulty. While, yes, AO is more complex than WoW, I wouldn't be very surprised by someone, such as yourself, having a very difficult time actually being GOOD at WoW. Not with being able to memorize simplistic strategies for dungeons, but in a fast paced, PVP enviroment.
